Yes, we do offer discounted lessons. Discounts are available for CORE24 members, as well as for families enrolling a third and fourth child.
We recommend booking a free trial lesson, where we can assess your child’s current swimming ability. Based on this assessment, our instructors will place them in the most suitable level to support their development and ensure they progress safely and confidently.
Children under the age of 3 are required to have a parent or guardian in the water with them during their lesson. This helps provide comfort, support, and encouragement while they develop their water confidence and foundational swimming skills.
All lessons run for 30 minutes
If your child is unable to attend a lesson due to illness, please let us know at least 3 hours before the start of their class. If sufficient notice is given, you’ll receive a make-up token that can be used to book a replacement lesson on another day, subject to availability.Accordion Content
If you’re going to be away, we can place your enrolment on hold and suspend your payments for the duration of your approved suspension
Unfortunately, no. Our instructors are dedicated to providing high-quality lessons and spend their time before and after classes preparing for upcoming sessions and supporting other swimmers. As a result, we aren’t able to supervise or facilitate play before or after lessons.
It is not uncommon for swimmers to remain in the same class for several terms, as every child learns and develops at their own pace. We believe it is important that each swimmer demonstrates all required skills confidently and consistently before progressing to the next level.
No. We don’t believe in holding children back until the end of the term if they are ready to progress. As soon as your child has demonstrated all the required skills for their current level, they can be assessed for advancement.
Yes! You can enrol at any time during the term. We believe children shouldn’t have to wait for the start of a new term to begin learning. Our continuous enrolment program allows swimmers to join whenever they’re ready and start developing their skills straight away.
If you wish to cancel your enrolment, we require four weeks’ written notice. During this notice period, your child is welcome to continue attending their scheduled lessons. We would be sorry to see your family leave. If there’s anything we can do to support your child’s swimming journey or address any concerns, please let us know—we’re always happy to help.
